Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have granular pharyngitis on my throat and yesterday i had 100.4 fever. So i asked a doctor online and he asked me to get CBC and CRP done. My CBC is normal while my CRP is very high. Also i have headache and feel heavyness in my head sometimes. I also get body aches sometimes and throat pain sometime. I was covid positive on april 23 and i had recovered from it. I also have sinus issue. Can u please suggest me if the symptoms and high CRP can be because of granular pharyngitis.

Feeling pain in throat while swallowing  and also at the back of the tongue. Having this symptoms since last week, where pain is  coming and going sometimes near apple adam, sometime near tonsils . Sometime I also fet pain when I touch my adam apple. There is no coughing , mucus or breathing issue. Lately I felt that Im clenching my jaws too often . Had Recovered from Covid with mild symptoms 20 days ago. Had GERD 9 months back .

I'm bit confused about my condition.Im having headache when I'm in AC room,winter cold breeze,can't bear moderate cooling climat.Mosiquito repellents,crackers smoke,dust makes me sick. I did surgery to remove nasal polyps and deviated septum. After the surgery often got throat infection,a little bit of sweet,juice,ghee makes discomfort in throat on that day and following that I will develop fever,severe cough, headache ( pressure at back of eye and pain while rotating eye.. I'm exhausted of getting sick from childhood often on winter time. It affect my studies and peace. Help me to diagnose and treat it.

I noticed a Black spot on hard palate left side for 3 days... which size not increased ...nor. any symptoms... Today is 1month 4 days since my covid positive... taken steroids 16 mg bd for 4 days on Dr advice...no comorbidity...no oxygen cylinder uesd ... I was in home isolation...is this black spot any thing serious ??? Picture attached.

Does in 6 days symptoms of black fungus worsen? Or is it mild.nose pain or cheek pain or eye pain is mild or severe

Hello doctor. Very small White mass like structure in my upper throat. No discomfort and throatpain any pain in  my mouth.  Today iam visit near ENT specialist.he said that  it is small thing  to treat them with medicines. He suggest me do Covid test. I have no covid symptoms . He prescribe azithromycin, doxylac and ivermection -12 tablets doctor.  Even if iam covid negative  he continue these medicines. I have small doubt ivermection is a steroidal drug. Can i use this medicine. Is it used for covid treatment  ? please suggest me doctor my family is very worried about me pls rply me doctor🙏

Good evening doctor,I have been experiencing Throat irritation in the morning when I wake up,after that within few mins it reduces,is it a normal occurrence ? Cuz after that phase,I don't feel anything weird,no soreness or itchy feeling .

I ve seen ent doctor for nose pain he prescribed nasal saline drops Iam experiencing pain sometimes for past two months doctor said it's normal but i fear?
