I am male from chennai. A stray dog's nose touched my leg I was wearing shorts. I got shocked and screamed and it ran away all of a sudden. I don't know whether it has rabies or anything. My leg has no any wounds or anything. The dog just touched my leg with nose and I don't think it was licking. But I am scared if I get any rabies. Should I concern about it?. No scar, no wound

Hi, I took rabies vaccine course in 2016. Today, a stray dog licked my fingers on feet and I am concerned if i need a booster. I don't have any open wound or scratch before and after the exposure

I experienced an attempted dog attack late Monday night by a known stray dog in my building. The dog a few minutes prior came to me and let me pet it. But after approximately 10 minutes i went to pick something off the ground and he pounced towards my hand. I was wearing a LONG SLEEVED T-SHIRT AND WRIST WRAP under the sleeve at the time of the attempted attack. I was able to get my hand away in time but i got a small superficial bruise on the forearm towards wrist. Came home, washed the wound with soap and water and applied betadine. Have been doing this treatment routine 2-3 times a day since the attack and the wound is now healing. The stray dog is healthy & known to me since the last few years and has on occasions come to me and let me pet it. It is also know to the building and people feed him. Saw him last night and today morning and he was being himself. Sharing progress images taken Monday and Today. Please advise. Thank You!

“Today my leg accidentally touched a street dog. I did not touch the dog intentionally — my leg just brushed against its body. The dog had an open wound near that area, and the wound looked reddish-white with some fluid coming out. My skin was completely normal and I did not have any cuts or open wounds. The dog did not bite or scratch me. I washed the area afterward. I am worried about the risk of rabies from this contact.”

My dog generally takes nobivac rabies shot yearly but today he is vaccinated with defensor brand rabies vaccine. Will his immunity become compromised for brand changing?he is 4years old now

On 28 of september a cat claw scratched me on my left pinky finger top a drop of blood came but cut was so small i washed it and it healed in 2 days afyer that i developed really bad sore throat which with even medicines didnt heal for more than two weeks i also experienced headaches and fatigue on the 15 of november i had an episode of fast heart rate did ecg everything was fine in evening that thing again happened i developed nusea loss in appetite and extreme fatigue with constipation stomach ache and fullness we did an echo everything came out fine then on the 5 of december after heart beat resolved i developed joint pain in the scratched finger and elbow joint also gets added in few days till the 1 of feb joint pain also started in my left ankle and toe and in my right thumb joint and pinky finger joint also i am experiencing crawling sensations on my hands and feet and pins tyoe sensations on and off joint pain eases with walking keeping in warm water dip now its been 5 months

My 2.5 years male indian breed dog got hurt yesterday. He got some wound on his neck. I gave betadine liquid but it remains same. What to do? I have attached picture.
