Child Health Issues

My 4 month old is always looking to the right and has a tilt to the right side , can move all his limbs ,fists are open but favors his right hand more .Can hold his head during tummy time and when propped up to sit ,does hold objects when placed in either hand for a few seconds,brings both hands to mouth alternatively but the right hand more often

My 3 year kid has got cough , cold and fever. How do I understand ,  is it due to allergy or common cold ?

My 6 months old baby always putting hands and whatever available near him.This has been happening from past two months.There is no tooth eruption.He is not behaving normally because of this itching.He is putting hands like a mad in the mouth 24/7 and rubbing and rolling on the floor.Its really scary looking him like this and arching back a lot whenever held and during feeding also.He will not stay when held and make him sit on lap.He always tries to jump.Is this normal behaviour?

Baby is 10 weeks old now Recently she got cold cough and fever and it was cured now but she jus had some nose congestion. Observation: she is not taking feed like before . She is completely on breastfeeding. She is just taking feed for 2 min and not even asking for more than 2-3 hrs. Is this normal? Please suggest
