My 2 year daughter vomited in the morning and night ( 2 episodes in a day)  and had a low grade fever (98.7) after medication and injection vomit stopped but loose motion start same day ( 3times) fever was still 98.7 to 99.4 on next day with 4 episodes of loosemiton. But in the evening fever raised 101.3...baby is active and eat a little bit m giving meftal p fir the fever but want to know th reason of all this why fever rises after 2 days

Hi Doctor, My son is 2.4 yrs old and since 2 -3 days he doesn't have any interest in eating even his favourite items. We are so worried he never did something like this before whenever we ask him to eat he just runs away and doesn't take any interest in eating. Please guide us what needs to be done here.
