Child Health Issues

Good evening doctors My son has completed 6 months on 3rd may. He is 6.5 kg now. Birth weight was 2.7 kg through cesarean.  So we have started semi solid food like daal, mashed bananas, pumpkin pury home made food. And he eats with interest. But after feeding him food, he doesn't urge for poop. But whenever he feeds breastmilk even after 1 or 2 hours , he strains  and poops . Poops are not watery but sometimes thick sometimes loose. And he poops  4-5 times only while feeding seasons of  breastmilk , Not other time . What to do for this. Why happened . Need guidance.

My daughter has suffering ITP since last 8 month but its diagnosed in last week. She don't have any issues except low platelets and bruises on leg. My question is that ITP goes away its own? After how many years it will completely disappear? It is serious? I heard that it will go away on its own after 3-4 years in children, Is it true? I have too many questions, Please advise me.

Hlo doctors, my baby boy is 3 months old weight 7 kg..m giving him Nestle nan pro formula milk cz breast milk is very low i have tried everything to increase in milk supply but nothing happened only one thing happened it gives me more and more stress that m unable to provide my baby milk..the guilt is huge..now adays in news they showing formula is very dangerous for babies health and metabolism.. after hearing this it gives me more anxiety what should i do.. everyone in family forcing me to give cow milk..plz help me m very tensed

Hi all My baby is 3.5 months old, breastfed 1. When do babies start hving predictable routine? Do they settle in themself or need some training or plan to be tried by mother. As of now very unpredictable in sleep, awake n feeding time If any plan to b followed... pl share the advise on how to do it 2. She seems to b gassy baby..any suggestions to avoid or reduce the discomfort occurence?

My 1.5 year old baby  got Cough from yesterday, since she had some ice creams. Especially while sleeping, she is getting much and the same time she is vomiting whatever she ate Giving Cough syrup 2.5 ml thrice a day. Is it enough or some other treatment required? She is looking dull because of this. Please let me know your valuable opinions.

Hi, I regularly include organic oats in my baby girl diet who is 10 months old. However, the packed oats I recently bought from the store has ingredients mentioned as "Rolled oats and Rosemary extract". I'm not sure about this rosemary extract thing, whether it is safe to give this oats to my baby.
