My nephew is 3.5 years old but just don't speak at all ,he is very active kid can't sit at a place pls help

Hello Sir/Madam, For my 4yr kid frequent fever problem all the doctors are suggesting to give P250. So once he get fever for him we start giving him P250. Now more than 1 and half bottle is over and still fever not reduced. But today also doctor suggested P250 syrup. My question is if we give more P250(more than 1 or 2 bottles). Will it be harm for my kid health. Because every month he is getting fever(all vaccines done)and every month we are giving P250 as per doctor suggestion.

Hello doctor, My sister's 2 month old baby is frequently pooping and today it has got fever 99.5 degrees... My family is worried. Need your suggestions on how to treat this fever. One Doctor suggested a syrup n told us that babies within 3 months should not get fever. Now my family is very much scared and disturbed.

Hi sir my 16 month old baby is vomiting followed by a watery poo from last 3 days . she vomitted 5 to 6 times from 6pm to 10:30pm on sunday,we gave ondem syrup 2.5ml vomit stoped. But Monday she got loose motion within 15 to 20 minutes after food that too more than 10 times. Tuseday she got watery poo one time and then she was okay. But on Wednesday morning she vomited two times just after breastfeeding and she is not eating anything and she got watery poo more than 8 times, she is crying while doing poo otherwise she is OK. What to do to stop vomiting and loose motion and to increase her appetite
