Hi Doctor, My son is 3 months old now. Few days back he had green color poop continuously for almost 10 days. And now from five days his poop is normal mustard yellow, but frequency is about 3-4 times a day.(we moved to Hyderabad 5 days back) He is not exclusively breast-fed. We give him formula 2 -3 times a day based on demand. Please advise if anything wrong with him and if i need to take him to hospital now.
