My 3.5 year old daughter fell down and bumped the back of her head. She cried and then become normal after a while. But she slept for 15 hours at a stretch (which was unusual). After that she is normal for the last 2 days after she woke up. Should we be worried...?

Can i give relent syrup to my 1.5 year old baby for cough .if yes then what should be the dosage in hw many times a day?

Also putting wet cloth on forehead. Child age is 4 year plus and he is not taking crocine because of taste. Thats why giving him homeopathic med.

Sir/mam My son is 3yrs and 5 months old. He hasnt started speaking words. Only one or two words is what he is speaking clearly like papa. He started speaking many words when he was completing 2nd yr of age. But slowly and gradually he reduced and stopped speaking now. He is only producing sounds like "de", "wo" etc. He is active in all works. He follows what is being commanded to him. But he never speaks or ask for anything on his own. Not even food or water. Its when we give or ask he nods or refuses as per his wish. Kindly help.
