Child Health Issues

My son is vomiting from evening. Even after dose of 5ml vomiknd given twice he is still vomiting. He is taking nap of 20 mins and then again vomiting. He complains stomach pain also for a while.

My son have cough and cold. he had a runny nose hope you can help with his problem. Im so worried about it. Thank you

Gave crocin DS 4ml around 9pm....fever is still continuing.... Again gave 5ml combiflam at 1:45am and now at 3am temp is still 102.3

MY BABY GIRL IS 5 AND HALF MONTH OLD. THE PROBLEM IS SHE HAS MOOD SWING . SHE IS HAPPY AT A TIME AND IN FEW MINUTE SHE STARTS CRYING . EVERY NIGHT SHE CRIES BEFORE SLEEPING FOR AT LEAST 15 TO 20 MINUTES. SHE DOES NOT LIKE OUTING.SO IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO GO OUT..

My baby age is 13 months.she is not eating food from 10 days..although she is so active..i have consulted to dr.also but they say that she is normal and in normal status we can give any type of treatment..some person says that her teeth are growing but i didnt found any teeth expect past one..there is no sign of coming new teeth in her gums.so please tell me what to do..we are so confused..
