Child Health Issues

Hello sir, My child is 20 days old and today my doctor told me to take x Ray report of my child. Today x ray come and lab doctor told me that child have frequcher in right hand shoulder. My question is , Is it bone perfectly repairable at this stage? Is it make problem in his future?

My kid goes tight and saw blood for 2 days. He cries a lot and could see him struggling. Visited Doctor and he advised me to give more liquids and fruits. I give thunder coconut, Orange Juice and liquid foods for in take. No junk foods and snacks. But for past two his motion is tight and solid. Please advice. My son is 2 years and 7 months old.

My child have completed 3 year now we have notice that he is not walking properly and we have notice that right leg is small in comparison to left leg and his weight is only 10:750kg and height 88:5cm
