Hi doctor my daughter is 4 years old she is frequently complaining pain in stomach that too not severe after some minutes she will tell no pain yesterday she had outside fish fry today mrng she got fever and dysentery along with stomach pain is this frequent stomach pain is serious?once she release them she will tell pain gone

My son is 6 month 16 days old, we have started with solid food from last 25 days. Giving dal rice with one vegetable, sometimes giving ragi / suji porridge, morning with apple or banana puree and night sometimes dalia with one vegetable. Concern is after every feed from last 25 days he is passing stool immediately. i have attached the stopp image for reference. Stool is normal in texture, no watery stool. Baby is very active, passing normal urine, gaining weight also. Is anything to worry?
