When will hair fall of lanugo from infant age 2 month on face my son age 2 month he has hair on his forehead

My daughter is 6 years and 3 months old.
Her sleep is so deep that she couldn't wake up to use bathroom.
If I set alarm and wake her up then only the bed remain dry.
Pl suggest if homeopath can help in this.
