Echo test found 6 mm hole in the heart & having heart problem,may be due to this having fever regualarly

My baby is 6 month old with 8kg ... He is given similac advance by birth . After 2 month is has loose motion . Than changed to isomil after few week . He has loose motion again, thand doctor told me he is suffering from CMPA .. nutramigen is given and again after few weeks he has loose motion...kindly suggest me better advice for my baby...

My son is 1 yr 3 months old and has constipation...he passes stool most of the time after 6-7 days...doctor does not prescribe anybspecific medicine except "granules laxopeg" even then it takes more tha a week...due to this he does not eat much...doc had given multivitamin and iron also but we have dicontinued that med also because it was making baby vomit...any solution to baby's constipation would be helpful
