Can I give sporlac powder and bacigyl n together for stomach infection including loose motions and vomiting to my 9 year old son. He weighs 50 Kgs..Pls advise the dosage too

Hi ... my baby of 8 months old till evening he was active and playing well... after having regular food he became cranky n started vomiting... all the food he ate since evening came out and he is crying continuously... any advise ?

My daughter of 3 years and 9 months had 98.7 temperature on Saturday night. I gave her paracetamol and she was fine till yesterday afternoon. I checked her temperature again and it was 99. Pediatrician has asked to do BERA test, but the wax needs to be clear to do that.....how long does the wax take to come out and clear the ear... And can BERA be done on a 2.5 month old

102 degree fever for my kid of age 3 and a half years. He is continuously shiwering . from yesterday night he got fever. Morning we took him to near by clinic they gave him zydol allegra and polyclav bd syrups. I gave twice. The temperature is not at all coming down. He is shewring too much. I put a cold water wet cloth to his fore head.
