Child Health Issues

My 2yr son weighs around 11 kg. He takes normal veg diet of dal chaval roti sabzi. I give him protinex in milk and oats/dalia in morning and fruits in between meals with khichdi, dalia or roti in dinner. He looks under weight sometimes. He is active and playful. Should he be given any weight gain medicines or syrups?

My child aged about 5 years is itching and crying for last two days due to white colour worm seen on rectum.please advise me the solution. One dose of albendazole is given two days ago.
