Child Health Issues

My five years old child is suffering from fever on regular intervals like 3 to 6 weeks. This symptom is continuing from a large period. He had also a history of nemonia at the age of 6 months.

Hi Dr., My 1 month old baby boy (twin 1)seems to have trouble while Feeding. He takes for 5-10 min n thn stops. Sleep or close eyes for few min thn start crying again due to empty stomach. This goes for lot of time. Otherwise My baby girl (twin 2) takes Feeding properly for 30-40 min Any reason?

Fluid in Lungs and accumulation of the same in the abdominal cavity. The patient feels fatigue and experiences swelling in foot. Always feverish and the palms felt to be warm like in fever. The patient has improper Digestion and very less blood amount in body.

My daughter was diagnose with urinary infection. Doc changed the antibiotic following urine culture report. Meanwhile she developed cough also. It been two days after starting new antibiotic, still fever is coming. Would like to know if this medication is suiting her.

My 2 years old daughter has loose motion 6-8 times a day and 1-2 times vomitting since 15 days. But this is not regular since 15 days but 3-4 days she seems fine but fourth day she seems sick and again 3-4 days fine and then sick so on. Today I got done her LFT test in which her SGOT is 62 and SGPT is 45. Other results seem normal. What shoud I do?

Unconscious some time my child and has piles issue . Fingers are become tight please help us. Her age is 6 yr. Not doing poty regular
