Mild stomach pain since yesterday evening. Vomit 1 time in the night. Now whenever she eats something there is stomach ache

50 days old baby girl having stool at 10-12 days interval in creamy yellow form, she is only feeding breast milk, all other activities are normal like urine, sleeping, feeding etc. is there anything to worry or track.

We consulted his doctor last week, he gave ascoril exporant , Allegra syrup and he said give for 5 days and if condition is not fine..start giving him azithral 200 syrup 3.5 ml once in a day, as he still hvng cold ..we started azithral from 2day, but just his nose started bleeding suddenly ,I applied ice on his nose n blood stopped.. but I m worried y it happened? Can someone please answer

My son aged 11 yrs (60 kg, 144 cm) has subclinical hypothyroidism n taking 25 mcg thyronorm since jan 2017. He has gall stones discovered incidentally while usg whole abdomen. Should we avoid any kind of food items for him. What should be his calorie intake or diet.
