Hi,
Fever is repeating after few hrs around 6 to 8 hrs. Some time pain in throat.
Please suggest, need to come or continue the suggested medicine.

Cortisol test level in 13 yrs old girl
After taking 0.5 mg dexamethasone tab at night 11 pm. In morng 8 am. Cortisol level came 0.5. Is tht level proper ? Or is thr any problem?

Two year old unable to utter words
My daughter is two years old now and she has not been able to speak normally as other younger kids.She usually gestures for her needs and rarely utters papa/mama.She appears normal and even tries to imitate nursery rhymes.As a parent we are worried about her vocabulary.Please advise what we can do to help our child speak normally.

NEC detected in my new born
My baby body is a preterm baby of 33 weeks 4 days on 5 august. He is in NICU and on breast milk.Suddendly detected by abdominal distension and operated for same on 18 august. His platelets is decreasing and is being transfused by then. Can anyone advice what is the course of action after surgery. We are stressed out.
