Child Health Issues

Hello sir, my son age is 9 month.he have a fever in today morning. i checkup my nearest government hospital. doctor give one chirrup and tablet.but still not any change in fever . today morning temperature was 99 F and now i am checked then temperature is 109 F

He fell down from the 5 feet wall one side of the head swelling , before it's not there we find after 4 days. Where we have to consern

My 3.5 month old son (DOB 22.06.2017) has caught cold for 2 days. He weighed 5kg last on 06.09.2017. He is sneezing a lot, occasionally coughing and is fussy about food. Also crying a lot. He is being EBF and Isomil (upto 24 months by Similac). Please help.

The fever was yesterday night, in the morning fever was not there. However she had some loose motions, for which I gave enterogermina and when could not stop loose motions, gave maftal p and now under control. Now no fever and also giving electrolyte regularly. The current scenario is that she doesn't feel like eating anything.

Pls suggest me 5 years old my son still he loo in the pant and also he vary slow in the every activites so i need a solutions plss

Yesterday I visited Rainbow Child Hospital as My son was suffering with Loose stools since 2 days, Stomach Pain and intermittent fever. After starting the medicine as prescribed by doctor yesterday. Fever is stopped but now he started vomit out any medicine, juice, food given. Stomach Pain continues and frequency of loose stools increased. Attached is the doctor's prescription. Is it advisable to wait for some more time and continue with same medicines or revisit the doctor? Also if any advise for me to follow.

My baby is 9n half mnth old.. I need to take measels vaccinations for her.. But currently i am having viral fever and im feeding her.. She told have a y fever till now.. So is it ok if i take measels vaccinations for my baby within 2 days

My child is 5 and half month old from last 9 days his nose is running no sneezing no fever only runing nose. One doctor suggested for sinarest 7 drops three times a day is it ok to give him this only for cough. N for cough please suggest
