Child Health Issues

My 2 year-old daughter had a small rash on her right foot this morning which has, over the course of the day, spread to her entire entire right side. It appears to be a rash, hot to the touch but we haven't changed washing detergents etc recently and have no idea what the cause could be.

My 6 months baby pooping stressfully after the feed and according his diet chart views I'm feeding him , some time green colour poop also coming what should I do, plz doctor give me a answer plz plz

I have a month old baby I was keen about breast feeding .. but unfortunately I fed him nly for a week after that as he grows my milk was not sufficient for him.. I continuously fed him every 10 min and sitting for 4 hours together and fed .. but he keeps on crying and no proper sleep for him after that .. so I started with the formula in every feed in addition to the breast milk .. I had even tried lactare tablets, galact granules , garlics etc,,, will formula affect the immunity of baby ??

Sir, he looks so well nothing has changed to him as i observed him, he never vomit or had rashes or fever or having hardship on breathing,, or any weird things,, he also poop 2 time same as before and drunk his bottled milk in time,, my husband said he seems okay,, observe him some more if there sudden change we will go to e. R as fast as we can,
