Child Health Issues

I have twin boys of 9 months old. I am giving them cow and gate formula milk. I feel they do not like much to drink formula milk. Following is there daily routine of feeding. Please suggest if it is okay. 4 am 4 oz formula 7:30 am 4 table spoons of Cereal 9:30am 5 oz formula 12:00pm. 150ml yogurt 2: 00pm. 5.5 oz formula 5:00pm. 4 table spoons of fruit 7:00pm. 4 to 5 table spoons of Rice Congee 10:00pm. 6 oz formula I add formula milk to Cereal and fruit

I have 1month old baby and her anus portion is getting wound and she cries lot at night.what is the reason for that wound?

Hi doctor i m priya i hv 6 months. Old baby from yesterday he has heavy cold n cough.. From yesterday to till nw he passed motion 20 times now he is not active

The child had running nose, cold for 4-5 days but at last check up 3 days ago the throat, chest and ears were clear. The child was crying throughout evening yesterday. We gave Crocin DS 2.75 ml at 7PM , post which he eased up. At around 9:30 he got fever, around 100. At around 12:30 he had OVER 101 fever at which point we gave another dose of 2.75 ml Crocin DS. But the fever has not been coming down. We have been sponging since then, any advice at this point ?

Sir we visited ur hospital yesterday patient name baby Sreenidhi we are continuing P250 every six hours she us having fever as of now , from today evening she us having pain in her throat while swallow water and food, pls let me know what I want to do now Thanks -Subash

1 year and 4 month old son is having running nose for the past two days. Nose block also. Today morning cough also started. No fever.

Sir, My 6 months old baby is continuously sweating from legs and hands. Temperature is also quite down as compared to other body parts. Happening since yesterday evening.
