My child is taking homeo for autism features for the last 4 years, can he take risidone liquid 1mg along with it?

My baby girl is 1year old. Since last 1month she has stop eating. She would eat if it's her mood but,that too 2or ,3 bits . Before she use to have 3or4 meal a day Now she hardlt takes 1. She refuses to feed. When I give her some finger food. She plays with it n throws away. Won't eat it. Is there any problem with her system. She does not poop for 7 days. My current pediatrics has given suppositories for it. Which helps her to clean her bowels but still refuses to eat. Any suggestions on this
