My son 4yrs old, has front teeth reduced in size and in brownish colour. Should we consult a pediatrician or dentist?

My five years old son not growing properly his diet is good his weight is 13 and height is 2 foot he is looking smaller kid in his class so plz give me some solution

My son is 2 years old .he is not ready to eat anything .all he want is feeder.he is getting so weak .it really freaks me out .if I forcefully feed him he vomits everything .I don't know what's the matter.please help me to sort out this thing as my son is getting crankier day by day .he hits people .shows me tantrums . My son's age is 3 years. Last Friday while running he fell down and his cheek got injured by iron grill. One of his cheeks swallowed and became green. Yesterday that is Sunday he did vomiting. I wanted to know If it has any relation with his injury. He has no fever. He is taking meal too but still his cheek is some what swallowed and it has become purple colour.

My baby is over 6 months now and I have started giving him solids. I feed him peeled apple without cooking in a grated form. And pomegranate juice. My question is- is it necessary to cook fruits first? I haven't encountered any problem till now. His digestion is good too. Can I continue giving him raw fruits in juice or pulp form?
