Child Health Issues

Dear sir, I have a son age 2.5 years he is facing development delay still he cannot stand on his own and cannot walk on his own. We have done his MRI when he was 1year old and it showed no sign of problem. Also he is not able to talk and some time he is drooling. We have consulted doctors in hyderabad city and they diagnosed that he is having development delay and he is having ongoing medicine and physiotherapy. Please I need advice from the respected medical community on practo to get

My boy is of 4 month nw i give him lactogen as my milk supply is very low in the instructions written 180ml water 6 scoops 5 feeds a day but he takes 10 to 12 feeds a day so will i hv to reduce the scoops of powder as hw takes more feed or measurement should be proper irrespective of feeds plzz eeply soon m very confused abt it
