Child Health Issues

My 7 months baby is refusing food and formula for the past 3 days. He takes a little and then refuses. He was actually taking almost thrice the amount of formula and cerelac before this happened. We have not found any other issues as such. Should we be concerned or should we rush to the ped?

My son born on 17th November 2017. Doctor injected 45days injection on 2nd January 2018 without ipv. He said that you have to go to the government hospital and inject there.
