Our 7 mnths old baby boy caught Cough & Cold last 3 days. Can he be given his first Flu shot at this juncture?

My daughter who is 14 yrs old with weight of 58 kg has fever. High fever which is not reducing even with dolo 500. It it a low dose. Shld she rake dolo 650. Can it b taken every 4 hrs. If the fever goes too high, is there any other medicine

We have a five week old boy and he has struggled with bringing food back and wind since day one. He was born as an emergency C Section!
