Hi I am blessed with baby boy.. and wanted to order Similar Neo sure Milk Powder for Pr-Matured baby weight less than 2.5 kk

My son of age 1.8yrs, has pain in his hands elbow (as I can guess ) looks like ligament damage, since he hanged with rod and other kid pulled him and after that he has pain, it's not very severe but with slight movement it's paining, no  distortion or redness /swelling in elbow or solder. This happens today around 8 pm. Please suggest.

My daughter s 3months old , she s suffering from cold n vomiting . When I went to doctor they gave promethazine syrup i.p phenergan .. shall I use this for my baby..

Till 2 days back our kid ( age 16 months) was suffering with cold and fever. We gave maxtra syrup till 2 days back. But still my daughter is not having mother milk.
