Child Health Issues

Hi Doctors, My son is 30 days old. He was born with 2.8 kg weight. In first 14 days, he regained 2.8 kgs back and is now in 30 days age he is 3.219 kg. He is on exclusively on breastfeeding. Is this weight gain normal? If not, how can it be improved? Any tips/prescriptions to increase breast milk?

Respected, My son's eyes have been infected from past 4 days . Initial symptoms was right eye red. Later both eye become red in sclera . Not whole eye but half portion of each eye is red. And eyes are swollen and water discharge cause eye to stick while sleep. And one eyes outer eyelid also become red. I m using currently only tobastar f . Please check image and guide . No cough cold fever.

How to know that baby crying due to colic or hungry or any other ? If baby crying continuously then how we can understand reason ?

My baby girl is 5 months 18 days old and her weight is 6.7kg. Her birth weight was 3.25kgs. Is 6.7 kg at 5 months 18 days a good weight?? She is on breastmilk and her urine count is good.

Hi Doctor, My daughter of 1 month old  (dob:27-5-2024) is getting redness near buttock and anus. PFA. We are using clothes. We are keeping the area dry and clean still redness is not going. We are using parachute coconut oil once and vaseline blue seal once. Kindly please tell can we apply vaseline. Thank you so much.

Hello doctor I have a 3 days old baby and I am normally very careful with his neck and head but today while trying to feed him, I missed his head and his flopped forward. He cried a lot but then I somehow put him to sleep. Now when he gets up he cries a lot but takes the feed (formula and breast milk with spoon) and when he is done he cries again. When His grandmother takes him he sleeps immediately but cries in my hand. I don't know what to do. Are there any symptoms that I should look out for? Plz help

Hi , my kid having continuous fever fr last 4 days we been to doc , he gave meftal - p syrup& levocetrizrn, fever not reduced it's CMG again fr every 5 hrs post medicine, today Sunday not sure wat to do next , kindly recommend Symptoms: fever till 103 frm Thursday noon (4 days) , cold, mucus slight yellowish..
