Child Health Issues

I have a baby of 5 months. we live in Delhi. what type of clothing is required for the bay in the month of March and April. should i start clothing her in shorts? Or do I continue to cover her full body,legs n hands in cotton clothes? Do I need to cover her head and soul in March? her head is found sweating sometimes. What type of clothes we need to done her. please help me out soon.

My son is 4.5 years old and he was having fever last week. He is fine now. Only having cold and cough. So I sent him to school. But yesterday and today morning he vomited in his class after his breakfast . At home he is fine whole day. I am confused shall I give him domstal suspension or not. He is taking his cold and cough medicines prescribed by his doctor.

Today I took my 2 month boy for BCG vaccination (as he was underweight and I have twins) I took him the nearby municipal center the nurse gave him the BCG in a way that all of it came over my face when she said it went inside then I told her I don't think it's gone inside the baby then she told me come after 2months again and put the injection?
