My son is 6 years old. He has been diagnosed with typhoid on 14th Feb. He is taking monocef-0. However fever is rising to 104 and not coming down even after giving meftal-p

My 4 year old son is complaining that his tummy hurts and this morning he vomited (this also happened the day before yesterday and in the morning as well). He has somehow lost his appetite. He would eat bread, cookies and rice but he refuses to eat anything for dinner. It's been happening for 2-3 days now. What do you think is wrong with my son?

My daughter is 9yrs old.. Since last 3days, she had fever and cough, fever reduced but she got small rashes near the shoulders and abdomen... He has started shivering and had a fever. After antibiotics also situation is not under control. Have done all the test including malaria, dengue and jaundice. All reports are negative. He has recently started to snore loudly also.
