Hi doc My baby fell from bed today. He is having nose bleeding. What should i do for first-aid. No paediatrician is available right now. Please help. Really worried

Hi Doctor, My daughter of 1 month old is getting redness near buttock and anus. Could you please tell which Vaseline should I use for my daughter of 1 month old (dob-27-5-2024). We are using cotton clothes. Still the redness is not going. We are using only parachute coconut oil. We are keeping that area clean and dry. PFA. Thank you so much.
