Child Health Issues

My son is having Stomach pain since morning and he is passing gas, and burp It seems like constipation as well. One time he has  vomitted, not eating anything since morning complaining about stomach pain. Kindly suggest medicine as we are not in a position to visit any  nearest clinic physically.

My daughter (3 years old )got vaccinated for MMR3 and chicken pox in 24 October 2024. Doctor gave vaccine which was expiring on Nov 2024. Is it safe to give vaccine which is about to expire. Please suggest!

My son 11 months completed today morning fell from bed the height of the distance he fell exactly 50 CM ... When he fall there is a dry grass mat in the floor... Her back head hit the floor... There is noany injury like bruise or bumps in the back head... Just cried for 2 minutes then he played well fed well.. No vomiting till now ... Is there any problem arise in future.. If a wet urine cloth stays for 2 hours on a newborn baby is it safe? Because pediatricians are suggesting to use cotton cloth instead of diapers. Cotton clothes are not going to hold more than one pee. If the baby is sleeping can I wake up and change the cotton cloth when it pees every time. If I do like this it affects the baby's sleep. Kindly let me know the solution.

Hi dr My doctor suggested to keep rock salt for umbilical granuloma. I did for 3 days it's been almost 10days and the belly looks like this.)please see the attached image) I see some clear discharge as well. Should I continue the salt treatment or will it get cured please answer
