Child Health Issues

Hi My nephew 3 yrs & 8 mths ingested a cupful of around 20-25 pills of reckwegs bc 21 teething trouble on Saturday at 4:00 pm. From Friday a day before the incident he was having cough and sore throat , from Saturday evening after consulting a child specialist he is taking anrex syrup but the cough and watery eyes n flu like symptoms are not resolved yet. Is it due to the overdose of bc 21 or anything else, plz help.

My baby age is 3 month and 7 days. She is not doing potty from last two days. She is so crying at the time of potty and no potty done by her. Please suggest
