Hello doctor I am a 14 yr old girl I had food poisoning since Sunday night with high fever shivering and vomiting I was admitted in hospital for 5-6 hours then I came home. But after coming home I got sudden high temperature so my parents sponged me with cold water thus my fever came down. Now I am feeling giddy and having terrible cold and while breathing there is a sound. Doctor please help me.
