6 month baby suffering from fever from 1 week and having breathing problem

My 6 month daughter had cold and cough followed by high fever ( upto 103) between  31st march to 6th april. Doctor digonsed it as pneumonia and prescribed following medicine Syrup augmentin duo 3.5 ml twice a day for 5 days Drop asthakind p .4ml twice a day 5 days Syrup omnacortil 3.5ml twice a day 3 daya Drop crocin 1ml sos Nebulize 6 hourly 3 days( .5 budesal) Medicine worked and she was okay later in last week she had green color stool and loose motion  we again consulted stool was tested mucous detected,( no value) pus cell occasional Doctor suggested Syrup taxim o 3.5 ml twice a day 5 days Syrup vizylac support 5ml twice a day 5 days These medicine also worked but from last 3 days she is having little fever around 99.2 to 99.8 and her toilet is discharged with yellow/pinkish color ( occasionally).She is eating well( dal , sooji kheer) but while taking mother feed it seems she is having some problem in breathing.Kindly suggest is anything to worry please suggest

Can i give my 12 months old daughter a lactogen ? If yes how should i introduce it to her?

Does post vaccination fever cause developmental delay or any kind of brain damage in younger babies if left untreated? My baby is 2.5month old...Doctor didnot tell us to give paracetamol after vaccination..my baby got all the shots at the same day later baby was suffering from high fever after vaccination continued for 24hours...bt we left it untreated.we came to know from net tht all vaccines given at same visit and high fever cause developmental delay r brain damage.w e r worried ..is it true?

My baby is 4month old...during her 2.5age vaccination she got all the vaccines at same date..bt doctor didnot tell us to give paracetamol after vaccination..so even after high fever came..we didnot give our daughter paracetamol..later we found on net tht we should have given paracetamol to our daughter...high fever can cause brain damage in younger babies..we r vry worried now,. is it true?. Does not giving paracetamol after vaccination can be harmful as we didnot give to our baby...?
