Child Health Issues

My daughter while playing just bangs her heads on wall . Every other day she bangs her head . I am just worried will this affects her brain developments ?

My son 2yrs old having fever.. Not sleeping well. Have given p250 for 2 days but still it continues Wat to do???? Please help

My daughter is 3 years old and she weighs only 10 kg. She s a pre term baby (1 month before due date) And weighed 2.2 kgs at the time of birth. She eats fruits but refuse veggies. I am very much worried as she look small to her age (height 85 cm). Should i have to consult my doc? She s very active and has a good immunity. I am working. Should i have to resign my job and take care of her? (now her grandma s looking after her till i reach home n the evening)

My daughter has been suffering from fever since today morning. I gave her crocin 120 - 8 ml at 8pm. However fever did not go down at all. Instead after 3 hrs i.e 11.30pm fever increased to 104.1 degree. I then gave her meftal p - 2.5ml at 12.30 am. But the fever has still not gone down even after 1hr. Can someone plz suggest if i need to give higher dosage of crocin/meftal or suggest alternate medication.

My baby head circumference was 44 cm in six month & still 44 m in seven month. It is normal. Please reply

My son is having fever 100.6 F last night he is having cold and running nose with cough also. I have given PCM fever gets down ,but in morning again the fever surpass 100 again after given PCM and brufin tab.What can be the problem please suggest

My baby having cold and cough and fever from last four days and fever comes down when pcm given and fever again stared after 4 hours.cold and cough is not down, consulting doctor but not having relieif till now. Doctors given Azithromycin syp. , PCM syp. , levocetrizine syp. and levolin plus. And also having CBC checkup which shows normal results. Please advice me. Thanks
