Child Health Issues

Furuncle in whole body some are gone but still there is marks left and  skin allergy problem with small red dots and itching

My son developed an enlarged lymph node ob left side of neck, Overnight (hard like as bone,  painless, size of an Olive ) . He had prolonged cold/cough/wheezing for a month. Ultrasound results just show infective etiology. Blood reports have been normal and suggested viral infection. The swelling's been thr for 2 weeks. Is there anything to worry.

My daughter is frequently falling ill since june 26th..UTI was detected and she ws given antibiotics clampkids and ziprox one after the other ,but it didnt work..so she underwent IV for 10 days which was completed on 6th aug. All blood tests reports were normal. She is taking septran and montecope which is  prescribed for 1 month as of now.. and today again she got fever 100 + . I want to know wat is the reason for frequent fever. Is this normal? Or something to worry

Child complain stomatch pain ,joint pain and vormoting .I gave paracetamol but gain fever comes after paracetamol power goes down It's may be tiphoid or malayiya or dengu?
