6 month old has fever after flu vaccine ?is it normal or reaction to vaccine....please let me know when will fever subside after vaccinations

My nephew(11 months old) had a viral infection around 15 days back. It was fever alone and no other problem. We  took medicine(paracetamol) and it subsided in 2 days. Now he has again(after around 15 days)got the fever; we met our pediatrician and he confirmed that its a viral fever. This time around though, there is not a lot of improvement in his health. Fever only comes down  after having paracetamol and comes back again once the effect of medicine wears off. It has been 3 days now, condition is the same. My question is: 1) Will viral fever occur so frequently? 2)Is it possible if he has some other problem which has similar symptoms as viral fever?

My 3 months baby is on formula milk but from 2 days when he feeds then he does potty after feed or during feed.what is the reason behind this??

I am a mother of a 14 year old boy. He is suffering from tonsil infections. The symptoms are throat pain, difficulty in swallowing and followed by high fever. I have given paracetamol now. Should I also start with antibiotics for tonsil infection? Can I avoid the antibiotics and give some thing else?
