My son completed two years and two months . But he is not speaking so far. He turns when we call and play. Also he adopt to new environments like travel .. . What we can do for him to encourage to speak . I m very concerned about that .

Hi sir/madam My son age 3 years, last 2months back he had a cold and cough, we went doctor he given medicine cough and cold gone but stil while he sleeping he can not able to take smooth breathing, day time it is not der, while sleeping only snoring wt should i do give a suggestion please sir/ madam. Hi Doctor, When my baby was born she was given painless vaccine, after that for 6 weeks we wanted to have pain vaccine as they are more effective and she was given pain vaccine, now because after birth she was given painless vaccine doctor told to give painless vaccine at 10 weeks or else there is no pain vaccine with IPV2 combination. Now again for 14 weeks doctor is telling that we can give pain vaccine. Is it ok to switch between painless vaccine and pain vaccine like this? Thanks in advance.

Hello.my 7 month old baby girl is having urine infection with plenty of pus cells .urine culture results oragnism isolated as gram positive oversized cocci seen with colony count 1000club/ml.baby is fine no fvr frequent urine n no constipation.taking feed well n active.is it normal curable with medicine or any problem pls suggest me.

We dont get enough sun exposure and my son is a fussy eater so i want to start multivitamin and vit D supplement for him. Should i go for gummies or syrup? Pls advice.
