Hi my son is having fever and coughing non stop. I am giving crocin syrup for fever,oxipod suspension and torex for cough. His cough is not improving.

Hello Doctors, I am looking for an advice for my daughter's (aged 7) pustule at the right knee area which has redness around it and yellow pus at the center with pain during movements. This might be initiated due to an insect bite few days back. I have attached a picture of the same. We have applied boroline and chandan paste to cool it down. Any suggestions for a speedy recovery?

My son is having constipation problem from past 1 month, we have done stool test, ultrasound abdominal test and thyroid tests. Everything came out to be normal. And still after everything seems normal he is crying lot while passing stool.We are following proper medication and giving fluids and fibre food, but still no improvement in his condition.Please help us what to do? P.S: Currently we are using Aristozyme 1ml, Lactihep 5ml, Colicaid 5ml, Sorbiline 5ml. My pediac says it takes lots of time to cure, but as father i am unable to see my son crying whenever he passes stool.
