Child Health Issues

My son 6yr old getting fever very often like this times in 2 months, having symptoms like viral fever, we have done blood and urine test last time only. Every thing is normal... Again now he has got fever.. Please advice what to do.. Medication is only calpol and meftal-p alternatively given

My 15 month old daughter is having cough/runny nose/frequent fever for the  past one month.visied few doctors too and all said there is no chest congestion. I am lil worried as she is losing weight too .she is going to daycare and is an active baby. Worried abt the frequent fever.it comes and go in a span of 2 weeks. Should I go for a blood test to check any deficiency?
