Hello dr. My baby is 3 years old mainly on milk diet.. He doesn't know how to chew nd swallow food If i feed him solid food he keeps in his mouth for 15-20 mins nd den puke it.. Kindly let me know wat steps can i take nd wat can b the reason for not chewing d food.

My son is not toilet trained and tends to complain of itchy genitals. His urinates regularly without any problems. There is no pain or burning in urination or no visible rash. We leave him without diapers during the day and wash him with warm water after every urination cycle. I also apply coconut oil or vitamin e oil after every wash. Is this itching normal during summers?

My baby is one month cmpltd and she is not getting motion daily she is on breast feed .she got motion after 10 days that too Dr did anema for my baby after that she got motion after 3 days is there any problem what we should do

My daughter is 1.5 years old. Had running nose yesterday and fever (101.5) since today morning. She weighs 10kg. Gave her 1.5 ml baby Crocin drops at 8am and at 12pm. At 1:30pm temp was still 101.3. Looks dull and no appetite. Can I give her mental p now? Have doctor appointment today at 6pm.

Hi doctors, My nephew who is of age 5 months and weight of 7 kgs suffered from ear pain 2 weeks back. A local doctor suggested the following medicine - exotic ear drops and state the reason could possibly be AC or air cooler. However, the pain was gone after consuming it for 10 days. We are happy that he is no more suffering from it but there is some solidified white(cream colored) liquid that came to our notice today and I have attached the pictures below. Is this the normal fluid which we see in our ears or cpuld possibly be becuade of the medicine he used? If so, do we have approach doctor to remove this fluid or will it go naturally? My son is 1 year 7 months oldhowever still he his speaking only one word that too not too regularly and despite of all our family efforts he is not speaking words. However he is super active in all other aspects ie he understands all our commands and do things which look like 3 year child. So what might be reason he is not speaking further what course of action should be taken.

My baby fall from bed and got head injury, doctor advice to do the CT scan, Report as under... Undisplayed fracture involving left posterior parietal bone without underlaying brain parenchymal injury. Pls help us to know is there any thing need to worry about it ?

Hi, my son is 2 years old now and he has not started speaking yet. We try to talk to him but he gets a bit aggressive. Sometimes he had spoken words like ma and nana but not too frequent. He is going to school got the past 2-3 months and he has not had many difficulties adjusting there, he eats and has fun there. He plays with the teachers and helpers as well. He loves going outside and play with swing and slide. He does not cause any issues in eating food and also tries different foods as well. The only issue I have seen so far is regarding speech delay. Can someone please let me know if there something I need to do to make him speak and communicate. Although he is very young but as per general developmental milestones he seems to be behind in this aspect. Would appreciate any advice, thanks.

My son is in to 19mnths but he only speak Amma properly but generally nothing else. Every one speak to him @ home. He will uderstand everything & do the work also, but he will show everything in action only. Kindly get back to me with the solution asap. Regards, Rohini

Hello Doctor, My baby is 15 days old and has developed heat rashes over back , neck and joints due to summer season and humid weather in my region. Please advise what is to be done for these rashes. He is getting very irritated as the entire back is filled with heat rashes. Thanks in advance!!
