Hi Doctors, My son is 10 months old. And he is getting constipated often. He suffers a lot to pass stool. His food includes Raagi porridge in the morning, toor dal and rice with veggies, curd rice and in night he eats idly. In between he drinks milk and eat 2 seasonal fruits,  mutton/veg soup. Kindly let me know the changes I should follow.

Hello, My daughter is 2.5 years old. Every night she experience pain at the calf muscles and lower part of the legs. This is disturbing her sleep. However after massaging for few minutes she goes back to sleep but after few hours she again experience it. I would like to know the treatment for it. Thanks in advance.
