My son is 12 months old, recently he started urinating frequently.. 15 min once sometime less than that.. Since this is happening from 2 days.. Is it normal? Pls help me with this

My 3.5 month old baby is suffering from constipation. She didnt poop from 10 days. She is on breast feeding. Kindly suggest some medicine.

My daughter is 7 months old and she's having loose motions since 2 weeks. I consulted a pediatrician around 3 days ago. He prescribed satrogyl-o syrup (3.5 ml), metrogyl syrup(2.5 ml) and entromax( 5ml) but since two days she's not showing any improvements in her loose motions. He also ask to get a test done to check sugar but it's normal. Please suggest what to do in this case.

My 2 years son looks very thin. His weight is 10.8kg now.His height is 88cm. During his birth he was 3.4kg. He eats 3 times meals, snacks, milk one time. He is physically very active, all the time he will be running. Motion,  urinate all fine. Please help diet chart plan to gain his more weight. My daughter(8 years old and weight 23 kg) is having little cold & cough for 8 days. We ignored first since it's not too much and thought that it will be cured naturally but then decided yesterday(7th May) to give her Relent syrup 5 ml(Cetrizine + Ambroxol) twice a day. But next day morning, when she got up from bed and we found many hives on her legs,hands & face which got disappeared after few hours. Is Relent syrup causing this problem? How to cure hives if it comes again?

My son is 18 months old. He is having chest cold and cough and running a temp of 101.5. I gave him maxtra syrup 5 ml 3 times. Should I take him to doctor.please advise
