My son is 2.5 years old due to certain change in climate in Pune now winter he developed cough and sneezing.
We have him Ascoril LS Syrup 5ml 3 time in a day.
He gets his nose block during sleep and continuously cough. How can i provide relief for him please suggest some way. Any home remedies that can give relief.

Feels Fever last 4 days. when we give him parectmol suyrup 5ml dose one time fever goes down. but when 4 hour goes on fever comes back
At present we take dose parectmol ml 3 times per day
My Question is how many days child should take parectmol medicine
