Child Health Issues

Hello, I'm asking this question for my 8 and a half month old niece. My niece is not on breastfeeding since birth, she is on outside milk. Since 1 or 2 months we are giving her other food apart from formula milk as per doctor's recommendation. Now the situation is her mother has joined her job after maternity leave. Since birth my niece's mother is feeding her. Now as her mother is on her job I'm looking after her but I have seen the amount of milk she consumes when her mother feeds is more than when I feed. I'm worried about her nourishment. What should I do?

Hello my baby is 8 month old & is having wet cough no fever but only cough. I'm giving him Himalaya Septilin 2.5ml thrice a day ; is it ok to give him & how long the cough will last ? He is also breathing very fast. Paediatrician gave Atharax .5 ml & mucolite 1ml thrice . Is it ok to give all these medications & how long will he take to recover from coughing.

My baby has more cough and vomits off if cough is more its very difficult to sleep @ night for him .

My daughter is 5mnths old & suffering from loose motions 10-12 times a day. Stool report shows excess of fat. Is this normal? How many days will it continue. Currently shes on formula milk should we start cow milk ?

My child is now 1.4 month and we do have her vaccination regularly. On this 19 jan my child had vaccinated and we forgot about polio. Will that will be issue ? Can we go any hospital and have polio drops for my child immediately? Thank you for support.
