My son is 3.7 years old. He is on medication IQ Gold syrup. Can I give him bandy plus syrup to deworm him along with IQ gold syrup.

Hi doctor..My daughter is 4 years old and she has been staying in my mother's home since 3 months.I have a small boy of 9 months old.I couldn't manage both kids so i left my girl there.She is feeling homesick and couldnt eat and sleep well these days.Due to lockdown she was struck there and there is no way to bring her back home.we are also feeling depressed to see her .They are staying in AP .when i tried to apply epass they are asking to provide medical certificate .can anyone help me in this situation??
