Hello, my son is three months old.. Wich iron drops i can use for him? Daily how much iron drops to put for him?

My son is one month old , yesterday onwards he crying excessively. when you hold him by hand , he is start sleeping .. if you put him in bed .. start crying . Also while feeding he is not crying .. when you stop feeding he is start to crying . Please note that he will sleep 2 to 3 hours on each feeding , passing urine regularly . Past two days he is not passing stool . Also he has umbilical hernia .. this crying is start from yesterday night onwards . What to do ? Is it colic pain or constipation pain or gas pain . We don't have any idea .. what to do ? Or we can take him to doctor ? Please advice .

My kid is 3 and half years old. He initially said few rhymes, he also used to say A-Z and 1-10 along with shapes and few colours. Once said mummy daddy also but all of a sudden he stopped speaking and not speaking like rhymes, alphabets or numbers..He is responding to his name. can you guide me where to start with his treatment.

My baby girl one year 4 months. She's not drinking cow's milk. My wife has stopped feeding her gradually. Afternoon and night we are giving her cow's milk. But she's not at all interested to drink. At times we are force feeding her. She nearly takes 45 min to drink. Can we mix badam powder or  nan pro? She sleeps only after taking either my feed or cow's milk. Pls suggest

My baby girl one year old. Yesterday vaccination was given for her. She was normal. She had no fever. But today morning, she got up late. We bathed her and gave cerelac. She took only two spoons and after that she became extremely tired and slept for 1 and half hours. She got seizures 6 times so doctor prescribed  valparin syrup. We could not give her the syrup today on time. May be this could be mild seizure? Or tiredness? Her body is little warm. What is the normal temperature for baby? We are much confused. Pls guide

Hi, Can I give whole egg everyday to my one year old baby. I used to give egg yellow daily to her till now.

Hi doctor, Actually my daughter is 2year old on 7 th of august. I want to ask you that she is always getting scared and nervous when meet some new faces or stranger people and  she started crying not able to to stand there in a single minute. When anybody came to my house she Started crying n scared of that person. This habit is from last one year n till continues. N due to lockdown, we are at home from past five months so this problem is more increases. Please suggest.. Is this serious?

My child on 4th August 2020 in sleep vomitted out every thing he has eaten & that night he vomitted 8 times. Next day we Consulted a doctor and he asked us to take ondem and nutrolin. We gave him this however after 2 day here also started having loose stools. So dr gave him Metrogyl 3 times 3 ml along with gelusil and ondem Dosage suggested was Ondem before meal gelusil one hour before meal and Metrogyl one hour after meal. Now 3 days after Metrogyl his stools are becoming normal slowly however today when we showed dr he suggested we should give ondem only when he is having vomitting. So we didn't give ondem today and he has vomitted everything he ate for dinner. My question is what should we do now? So we continue ondem, if yes how many days? We will be giving Metrogyl for another 2 days and completing 5 days course of antibiotics. However wanted to check what to check? What food should he be given? Is ondem safe to be given to a child for long? What could be causing this issue
