Child Health Issues

My Daughter is 2.5 yrs . Yesterday night , she had dinner around 10 and milk around 11. 30 . Was absolutely fine . Suddenly she had a yellow vomit and was continued till morning in 15-20 mins interval . Now I had given 3.5ml syrup as per doc advice . What shall I do ? Is it normal ?

We had applied for one month Then we noticed that black dot is not going if we are trying to remove it We tried with oil and baby soap also Now its more than one month that dot is not going Please suggest It's worrying me like anything

My 1 month old son spits up milk often, I burp him after every feed,sometimes he takes longer than usual. Twice in 5 days he spat large amount of milk which was not curdled, had some lacy tinge to it... Also he was uncomfortable before spitting up and was relaxed later, his poop and pee count is normal, he also suffers from gas, which irritates him... Is this the cause of concern? I am worried pls help.

It's been 3 to 4 weeks since I switched to lactogen 2 from 1, and ever since then my baby is. Crying day and night due to gas issue i don't understand why is my baby having this issue lactogen 1 suited her but the follow up formula doesn't seem to suit her please suggest something, she's in her 7th month and also tell me what can I give her in solids with this gas issue
