Child Health Issues

My Son 4 Months old having a hard lump on his thigh. It occured after his last vaccination (12/11/2020) The area is hard and grey. Please let me know, do I have to consult a doctor for this?

My son is 6 month old. For past one month his hair is falling so much. Is it normal to have hair fall? I am giving only D3 supplement to him. Is any other supplements needed to give him?

My son is 3.10 years old. From 6-7 days he is feeling discomfort in his stomach. I given him enterogermina 3 days 2 times a day. But not reduced. Now he is feeling this discomfort in different places like middle of the chest, left side of the chest, right side of the stomach under the ribs, up and down side of the naval area. This discomfort lasts for few seconds. In aday 9-10 times happens. From 3 - 4 days his motion is normal, before he had constipation problem. What needs to do?

My son as on today 1month 10days. Some time i observed he got problem of coughing and cold problem. Can i use baby rub? Babulin water? What should I do??

How to do blood count for children who are under 2yrs below. Can I give iron syrup. Shall i take her to blood test

From yesterday my baby is crying very frequently.. am unable to sort it out why he is crying that much... He is crying alot and while crying he is not even sucking breast.. He is even getting shook on sleep or when we touch him.. What may be the reason for this? Why is he shooking?

My almost 4 month son doesn't take feed from right side from few days if he latches then he rub his right side ear and cheeks and unlatch it but he is ok on left side otherwise he is healthy very active full day

His dr. My baby is not eating in the morning. She will drink milk in the middle of the night .after waking up I will give her idli ,dosa chapathi ,etc by 8:30 am she doesnot eat anything. She always have rusks and cornflakes everyday. She is not at all eating idli , dosa things. Sometimes she was not interested to eat that also. Only in the morning time she is not interested with  the food . Lunch and dinner she will have properly.always she is doing the same . Again by 11:30 or 12 she will be very hungry. How to make her eat please help me with this. Shall I change anything regarding this?

My son is 1.5 months old he caught cold  from me and is coughing sneezing is fussy with no fever  ..we went to a pediatrician who told he has cold and ear pain..( infection) He gave us ear drop Antibiotic drops And sinerest drops for 7 days Is antibiotic safe for this age? Ear infection he understood as of he pressed near the ear ..which made the baby cry and checked with torch too There is no puss coming out as of now Since I live in a city ..where drs are not so renowned I wanted to cross check of treatment is correct Please help
