I feel my breast are too soft while feeding.. I feed my baby whenever she wants.. she is 16 days old... she urinate 5 to 6 times a day.. I like to take Lactare tablet to increase my breast milk.. how many tablets should I take for a day. Please suggest me..

My baby is 7 months old and weight is 6.8kg. I am.giving him food 4 times in a day. He is on BM but he avoids bm. So what should I give him instead of bm . Are 4  times food are enough for him? Or should I continue with nan pro or similac..which one is best option?? Because pediatrics suggest cow milk should be avoided for 1 year. Please suggest. Waiting for your reply. Thanks in advance.
